I have a room available in my apt in Fortress Hill, HK island. It is located in a uniquely quiet neighborhood in Kin Wah street, 5 mins walk from Fortress Hill metro station. U may googlemap and see the surrounding.

I am looking for a flatmate to share the apartment.

It is a 2-bedroom apt. The apt is superb because:

• Walking distance to Fortress Hill (5 mins) or North Point (7 minis) metro station

• Countless restaurants, shops, supermarkets and convenience stores around

• Unique quiet neighborhood in Fortress Hill, building is next to a college and a church, thus its quietness.

• Bed is 1.2m x 1.8m mattress (very comfortable) and plenty of leg space at the end of the bed, so your feet don’t have to touch the wall when you sleep. You have big window, closet and storage space .

• A proper bathroom with shower cabin.

• A proper kitchen with fridge, oven, gas-run stove and washing machine

• 500 MB super fast internet

• All furnished, just get your suitcase and move in.

Rent is hkd 6800 + utilities (about hkd 250 / person / month in the summer, and hkd 100 / person / month in winter).
