No minimum period required, tenant can pay rent on a pro-rata basis (weekly/monthly etc.) so exchange students, interns, professionals are all welcome!
The house is located in Allway Gardens Block C, 191 Tsuen King Circuit, Tsuen Wan. The bus stop is right outside the building, there is also a Wellcome supermarket, and 711 just outside the building. The living room is quite spacious and the room is cozy enough for readily moving in as all facilities like bed, desk, TV, fridge, internet etc are already there. You would be sharing the apartment with another male IT professional.
