The house itself is a bit ageing and simple without fancy decoration, but it is spacious with good sunshine and good ventilation.

Good location with convenience transportation:

*5-8 min walk to nearest MTR stations;

*3-5 min walks to bus stops to almost everywhere in HK:

Airport, Causeway Bay(Sogo); Sai Kung(seafood market/BBQ site)etc.

Numerous nearby facilities

*basketball court ; roller skating court; batmenton court inside the Estate

*outdoor fitness equipment in the park next to the Estate

*15 min walks to public library, swimming pool & sport centre

*5-8 min to the nearest shopping mall (with cinema, supermarkets and restaurants etc.), wet market and post office etc.

Contact with Nature:

(note: the house is so near to mountain, not panic to insects is a must, there are insects like bee, cicada, dragonfly, and even firefly occasionally fly into the house, and be mercy don't kill them )

Please note that the accommodation itself is not for rent, it is only open to new friends who welcome culture exchange. The above figure is only the estimated utilities plus other expenses. The market rental value might be somewhere between 7,000 to 10,000.

Existing resident could use more than one languages, people could communicate with English and basic Japanese. Simple local tour and basic Cantonese tuition are available if in needed.
