Hi, I am female Singaporean having a cozy home in Tai Wai where fresh air, safety neighbourhood and convenient metro transportation ensured - just 3 minutes’ walk from Tai Wai Station. Walk up two floors.
6 months up. One month deposit.
Nice single room for one person only.
This home has two rooms, rooms are originally concrete built, not wooden panel’s sub-divided rooms. So it’s good isolation.
Also this is a co-living home fully furnished. Room has storage rack, reading light, big built-in wardrobe, windows and curtain, wooden table.
You share living room, kitchen and toilet with other male professional housemate. I am normally not in HK. Very quiet home. Very convenient location for going to TST, Kowloon, Admiralty, and Universities around.
Great neighborhood for people likes to live in a convenient place with lots of fresh air and with fast access to city centre in few minutes’ train. Also by few minutes walk from home there is a nice Sha Tin park along a river.
You have all new household items including powerful dehumidifier, washing machine with dryer, wireless vacuum, ceiling light fans, cookers, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, exhaust fan, wooden dining table, and wooden small sofa. Your have wooden single bed with good mattress. All spaces are designed to be maximised to cope with the small living environment of HK.
Utility bills will be shared by number of housemates. Generally about HKD100- per month per pax in winter.
