Looking for a roommate who's like this (and I promise I'll be the same~):
We can respect each other and talk things out when needed, communicate well, and figure stuff out together.
No smoking or drinking (though if you want a little drink sometimes, that's cool~).
Let's keep things clean! We can clean together (like taking out food waste right after using the kitchen and cleaning up hair in the bathroom - don't leave it for tomorrow! Hong Kong gets humid and cockroaches will show up if we're not careful ). We can also take turns with cleaning.
No bringing partners (same-sex or opposite-sex) home. If friends need to visit once in a while, just ask me first and we can work something out, but it needs to be okay with me.
Let's be mindful of noise. No loud phone speakers during rest hours (Hong Kong apartments are small with thin walls ↔️). On weekdays, try to rest after 11pm, walk quietly, close doors softly, and avoid making noise (like playing music out loud, showering, using the washing machine, or moving big stuff around).
Girls who are students or working are both welcome~ We can check out places together or meet up first to chat. I'm looking for a place to rent from late July to August. I'm hoping to find something around Fanling (like Fanling Metropolis or Fanling Centre). They seem to be bigger and quieter, plus there are markets and malls downstairs, and the East Rail Line is super convenient.
