You will be sharing with two other roommates, weekly cleaning service is included in the rent.
The building has two lifts and 24hrs security men. This is a super location to live in, it is located in the most happening area but the apartment is very quiet. Close to Happy Valley stadium where you can go jogging for free.
This apartment is fully furnished and no agency fee needed, as you are renting directly from the owner.
