Ideal flatmates
Happy to live with anyone
Description
About me
Hi, I'm Paul, a master's student from Vienna joining CUHK Business School as an exchange student for the autumn semester. I study Export and Internationalization Management, and I have long been fascinated by Asia and international affairs, which is exactly why I wanted to spend a semester in Hong Kong. Back home I also work part-time for an international dialogue organisation, so I am used to a busy but easy-going routine.
What I enjoy
I like staying active, mostly swimming and rowing. I also have one slightly unusual hobby, metal detecting, though I suspect Hong Kong will not give me many chances for that. Beyond that I love good food, exploring a new city on foot and meeting people from all over the world.
What I'm looking for
A single room or a friendly co-living space with tidy, considerate flatmates. I am clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, sociable but mindful of quiet time. Happy to provide proof of enrolment, references and a parental guarantee if helpful.
Location
Ideally central and lively, around Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Yau Ma Tei, Jordan, Tsim Sha Tsui or Hung Hom, or any district well connected to CUHK on the East Rail Line and roughly within 45 minutes of campus. I would much rather be in the heart of the city than far out.
Move-in
From late August to mid-December, for my exchange semester.
