Level. No road for car, just by walk/Bicycle to Shatin Station about 5 - 12 mins. 5 - 7 minutes to bus stop

One big house about 800 sqft

, it fit for someone who like quite, bright and fresh air lifestyle. No tall building and a lot of tree

I will only find one roommate because I prefer more simple

This house is on G/F, outside one platform is belong to us.

With Basic furniture and electric appliances

2 big room are same size with high roof. Each about 100 sqft.same size
