The room and the apartment has the following features:

- Kitchenette with double door fridge, microwave, induction cookers, cookware, etc
- New split system aircon in living room, and new window aircons in bedrooms
- Customer-made double bed, wardrobe, desk with shelf and chair
- Good size with net 8sqm, and the apartment is around 50sqm.
The rent is HK$7,200 per month, electricity is not included and is based on usage. WIF, water and management fees included.
Currently there are 2 Asian females who work full-time staying here.
