Room description
A quite residence at ultra convenient vibrant Convention Centre area. One (1) seaview room is available in a 2-bedroom flat.
The flat:
- is fully furnished with wifi, couch, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioners.
The available room
- the seaview room is fitted with a single bed, a large wardrobe and air conditioner.
The location:
- Cinema, supermarket, convenient store, fast food chain, bank, etc. are at the ground floor.
- Sports centre (with fitness room, squash, table tennis, badminton or basketball) are next to the building.
- The building is surrounded with cafe, a variety of different cuisine, Chinese restaurant or hotel. U have much variety of choices for meet up with friends/customers.
- Less than 2 mins walk to Convention Centre MTR, buses, mini buses all around. You also have a choice to go by ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui at the ferry pier within 5 mins walk.
- You can stroll /exercise between the Pierside Peecinct, the Water Sports and Recreation Precinct along the waterfront leisure space at the ferry pie area at night whilst enjoying panoramic view of Victoria Harbour (few minutes walk to arrive there)

Formalities:
- Monthly rental for the seaview room at $7800 (including rates and management fee, wifi)
- 2 months deposits needed.
- Utilities (electricity and water) to be shared with the other flatmate.
