Hi,
My name is Ajay, and I am moving to Hong Kong to work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Hong Kong. I have recently completed my PhD at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and have been living in New Zealand for the last 3.5 years.
Personally, I am a social and fun-loving individual. Most of my time will be spent working at the university, but I always enjoy socializing with the flatmates and having group outings whenever possible. I regularly go to the gym or play sports. Badminton has been my go-to lately, so always down for a game. Apart from that, I like music, watching sports, and traveling.
Having lived in shared accommodation for almost four years, I am quite experienced with it. I am tidy, responsible, respectful, and always punctual with payments. I value creating a positive and harmonious atmosphere at home.
I’m looking for a friendly, sociable home with clean, tidy, and responsible flatmates around my age. I’m specifically looking for a mixed-gender flat with international working professionals. A relaxed and respectful environment is important to me, definitely not a party flat, and I’d prefer a non-smoking household. Ideally, the place should also be within 20-25 minutes of the university by public transport.
