Room description
Clean and nice non-smoking home. If you are interested reach out to me and send a message. I am not desperate to rent my location so I am not a premium member and can't contact someone. I am at jilldaisyflower at g mail. High rise flat one bedroom and balcony over looking the nice community here in Discovery Bay and the beach as well as the city of Hong Kong and the sea you can see in the background. The bedroom has great views of the city at night and the fireworks if that is your thing. Great community to live, beats any other location. Furnished with bed, wifi, tv and washing machine. I sleep in the sitting room area.
I am in the financial industry so I work late at night and at home and live in the sitting room area basically. Laid back, relaxing place. Full kitchen you can share with me. You are responsible for your food cost, cleaning up after yourself and one month rent.
I don't use the bedroom so looking to rent it out. It has a door to close, but we share the bathroom that walks through the bedroom. You will need your own sheets and comforter.
