Clean and nice high rise flat one bedroom and balcony over looking the nice community here in Discovery Bay and the beach as well as the city of Hong Kong and the sea you can see in the background. The bedroom has great views of the city at night and the fireworks if that is your thing. Great community to live, beats any other location. Furnished with bed, wifi, tv and washing machine. I sleep in the sitting room area. I do have a small female dog. I am in the financial industry so I work late at night and at home and live in the sitting room area basically. Laid back, relaxing place. Full kitchen you can share with me. You are responsible for your food cost, cleaning up after yourself and one month rent. I don't need to rent it, so it is discounted in rent for what you get, just looking to make the space useful. You must be easy going and laid back as we like the house simple and relaxing. My girlfriend stays at our home for work in Malaysia. I am American living in HK for 10 years now.

It is a no frill or luxury place, but clean, non smoking.

I don't use the bedroom so looking to rent it out. It has a door to close, but we share the bathroom that walks through the bedroom. You will need your own sheets and comforter.

My dog is my girl, so if you do not like dogs, you will not like it here, she is an aussie shepherd and loves everyone. She owns the house. When my GF is here, we travel some and won't be here.
