Hello! I’m a HK-Aussie 🇦🇺🦘 looking for a clean female room mate in a 3 bedroom spacious minimalistic apartment around Tai Koo Shing area from 3 April 🌸 the other roommate is Italian.
Room is furnished, walk-in wardrobe, desk + chair, mirror & mattress is provided. The place has amazing natural lighting, mountain views, close to a very clean shopping center City Plaza, pleasant peaceful neighbourhood for professionals to wind down after a long day. No party or taxi noises. MTR only 2-3 mins away, making Central / Wanchai / CWB easy to commute day to day.
Available from 3 April, prefer to meet up first.
If long term (1 year+) Rent HKD 10,300/month
If medium term (6 months min) Rent HKD 10,500/month
If short term (3 months min) Rent HKD 12,000/month
1 or 2 month deposit required for 3 month or 6 month + respectively ☺️ can DM for more info ~ correct address will be given + more pics of flat can be given if interested.

1) a simple bedroom available from 22 June to 4 August (6 weeks) for 10,000HKD (TBC)
