My flatmate is leaving, and I am looking for a new friend to join me in my comfortable and furnished apartment in Quarry bay.
🛌 A room is available beginning 1st December, where you’ll be sharing the apartment with a working professional, who is in his 20s.

- Luminous personal bedroom with an wall-built cupboard
- Television
- Sofa
- Microwave oven
- Dining table/chair
- Washing machine/dryer
- Other electrical appliances (e.g. Fridge, electric iron, etc.)
⛺️Things you may need to buy yourself;
- Personal table
- Bed/mattress
🚆 10 seconds walk from Quarry bay MTR exit A/B and Taikoo place, and has a tram stop and bus stops all within 1 minute walk.
The rent would be $7K/month + 400-600/month for utilities. There may also be a one time cost (approximately $2K) for all the services/furnitures provided.
No agency fees is required.
Notes: For such affordable price, it’s almost impossible to find a house as beautiful and at such convenient location. I would want a flatmate who is clean and considerate (e.g. no excessive noises after sleeping hours, hygienic in terms of daily habits, etc).
