2. Common area is a full equipped open kitchen with island, cosy pastel sofas in living room where projector is provided.
3. Individual rain shower and bathtub are in toilet with half wall mirror in 1/F.
4. Laundry room with a nice drying machine and a washing machine
5. Rooftop with wide country side view is free to access. Private enough for sunbath and yoga.
6. One sheltered parking lot
7. Swimming pool for add-on cleaning fee $180/month
8. Internet has to be self-provided (mobile connection is fine here)
9. Bus, mini bus and taxi accessible. 5 mins walk from bus stop.
