There is a washer, Iron & ironing board, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. all included in the apartment, you just need to move in with your suitcase. This is a building with 4 lifts, 24-hour doorman, and it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a 2-minute walk from the MTR station!!
It is hard to find a modern room/ decent apartment in Causeway Bay for 6k nowadays! Plus you are dealing directly with the landlord, there won't be any AGENCY FEE!
