Hi, I'm Samy

I just moved to Hong Kong from Zürich, Switzerland for my career and I will move into this apartment in Hospital Street, Sai Yiung Pun, in 10th of April.

For that I'm looking for a flatmate to move in with me.

We have three rooms (two bedrooms, one office room), plus Living room, one bathroom and kitchen. We're in 5th floor, no lift. But at least the roof terrace is ours alone!

We share the monthly rent of 17000 HKD. So 8'500 each.

The flat is empty. Please note, that the furniture on the pictures will not be included. Except the built-in wardrobe in the bedrooms and the home spinner (bicycle). I will provide a table, chairs and some other things for the living room.
