Room and apartment: Well lit, clean and tidy, fully furnished and ready for direct move in. Equipped with electrical appliances and kitchenware. Housemates are two friendly working expats (male and female), we share the living room, kitchen and bathroom (and we are respectful and considerate with regards to this).
Location: a prime, convenient and quiet neighbourhood between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill.
Transport: 4-min walk to Fortress Hill MTR Station, 6-min walk to Tin Hau MTR Station, numerous bus lines in all directions- Cross Harbour Tunnel, Eastern Harbour Crossing, Aberdeen Tunnel and Island Eastern Corridor are nearby.
Amenities: 1 min walk downstairs to both Victoria Park and the East Coastal Park at harbourfront. Restaurants, wet markets, local groceries and supermarkets are just downstairs.
Furniture in the room: Bed frame, mattress, working desk, shelf, mirror wardrobe etc. and electrical appliances (air purifier, compact heater, 4K monitor etc) could be acquired as a package to the room at a relatively cheap price, depending on the exact items.
The tenant should be: neat and tidy, responsible, respectful and willing to communicate.
Note: There is no agent fee for renting, but since the renewal of tenancy agreement needs to be done through an agent, the resulting stamp duty (HKD593.5) and agent's handling fee (HKD1000) totalling about HKD1600 are also required to be paid. If you want to leave before the contract is up, we’re flexible if you give enough notice.
