Room description
Looking to rent out the master bedroom in the apartment.
Rent includes gas, electricity, water, internet and weekly ~2hr cleaning.
The TV has Spotify, Netflix, HBO GO, Amazon Prime and Disney+ and bunch of other stuff.
The apartment is in an amazing location right in the middle of Soho, is around 480sqft with lots of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen and a huge 400+ books library.
The place is a 7-10min walk away from Central MTR and there's buses to Causeway Bay, North Point, Central Exchange Square and more just downstairs.
The washing machine is out of order but there are 3 cheap laundry places downstairs.
Looking for a someone without too much extra stuff as there isn't much storage space available in the shared area of the apartment.
I work in tech and will be working out of Singapore for the next 6months and would like to not give up the whole apartment and instead rent out my room. The apartment is 2 bedrooms total, the smaller room has my current flatmate, a girl from Ukraine who's straight up awesome, respectful and gets first dibs on bathroom time lol, although might be up at weird times of the night and plays (great) music in the living room. If that's not your thing then...well sorry. Smoking is done out the kitchen exhaust so there maybe some lingering smoke but usually clears up fast.
The room is HUGE with a queen sized bed. I will be back in May to fix it up further, empty out closet space, there is huge amount of storage inside the bedroom closet and under the bed.
