Room description
There is a room available in my flat in Sheung Wan that I would like to fill by the end of November. One overlooks Man Mo Temple, and the other overlooks Queen's Road Central. I am looking for a flatmates, not just lodgers — someone who is sociable, outgoing and not too highly strung.
The building has 24 hour security, is right above a supermarket, and is surrounded by every amenity you might need — 7-Eleven, McDonalds etc. It's also a 5 minute walk to Sheung Wan MTR station, and 10 minutes walk to Central/LKF/Soho.
The flat has a 55' TV with Apple TV, Chromecast/Netflix etc, and 5g WiFi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven etc.
Monthly rent is $7750, excluding bills and a weekly helper who cleans, changes the sheets, does the laundry etc. This probably amounts to no more than an additional $400 per month.
